Our members and volunteers work hard to offer exciting, professional productions at affordable prices, but it’s always a struggle. Your financial support, in any amount, is tax deductible and will ensure that we continue to create high quality theater for years to come.
We also welcome contributions of furniture, costume clothing and items in good condition and suitable for use as props or set pieces, especially antique or in period style. Due to limited space, however, we may not be able to accept all items.
The Theatre of Northeastern Connecticut , Inc is a 501(c)(3) organization if you would like a donation receipt for tax purposes please contact the business office.
Save a Seat:
Honor or memorialize a family member or friend through our SAVE A SEAT donations!
Your contribution will also be used for many other aspects of the Theatre (flooring, paint, lighting, sound). As part of this process, we are conducting a campaign to name seats. Funds given to name the new seats will go directly to improvements throughout the Theatre, and will make a huge impact on future events and performances.
Seat plaques can be purchased for $100 each. Each seat will have the opportunity to include custom recognition that will be displayed on an engraved plate on the back of the chair (i.e. Given by W.S. Gilbert or Given in honor of Arthur Sullivan).
You have the option to name several seats together, making this a nice option for a family or as gifts.
Each seat naming gift is tax deductible, and you can dedicate your seat:
- As an individual, couple, or family
- For your children, grandchildren, or parents
- In memory of a loved one
- With the name of your business, organization, or community group
- Marking a birthday, anniversary, or other special occasion
- To honor a retiring employee
- With your favorite quotation
