Four eccentric Broadway stars are in desperate need of a new stage and some good publicity, so when they hear that trouble is brewing around a small-town prom, they know that it’s time to put a spotlight on the issue…and themselves. Parents in the town want to keep the high school dance on the straight and narrow—but when one student just wants to bring her girlfriend to the prom, the entire town has a date with destiny. On a mission to transform lives, Broadway’s brassiest join forces with a courageous girl and the town’s citizens. The result is love that brings them all together.

The Prom is a heartfelt, high-energy musical comedy that celebrates love, acceptance, and the fight for equality. While it is suitable for most audiences, we offer the following content advisories:

Themes of LGBTQ+ Identity and Discrimination: The story centers around a lesbian teenager facing rejection and homophobia in her conservative town. These themes are handled with humor and compassion but may be sensitive for some viewers.

Mild Language: Includes occasional use of mild profanity and suggestive humor.
